How to choose a useful mixed review

  1. Choose familiar skills. A mixed sheet gives learners a reason to choose a method; it is not a substitute for teaching a new idea.
  2. Start small. Two questions per skill can reveal which explanation to revisit. Add questions when the learner is ready for more practice.
  3. Read the reasoning. Use the answer key below to discuss a method, then follow the linked individual worksheet for focused practice.

One way to use the default fraction review

The sample alternates equivalent fractions, simplest form and comparison. Ask the learner what each question wants before calculating. If comparison is difficult, return to same-whole models and a number line; extra questions alone may not resolve the confusion.

What this builder covers

Choose from 18 existing arithmetic, fraction, decimal, factor, percent and geometry skills. It uses equal numbers of questions and each skill’s default range. It does not assign grade levels, adapt to scores, store student results or schedule spaced practice. Changing paper or including diagrams may create several pages. PDF pages contain rasterized worksheet images at about 240 dpi.

Questions, settings and PDF files are prepared in your browser. No account, student name or upload is needed. Settings are not saved automatically.
